Product Security and Vulnerability Disclosure
At SenseRobot, we take product security seriously and are committed to protecting our customers and their devices. We actively monitor and address security vulnerabilities and continuously improve the security of our products.
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability related to a SenseRobot product, we encourage you to report it to us so that we can investigate and address the issue as quickly as possible.
Reporting Security Vulnerabilities
If you discover a potential security vulnerability in a SenseRobot product or service, please report it by email to:

Please include the following information where possible:
- Product name and model
- Description of the vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Any supporting materials (screenshots, logs, proof-of-concept)
We appreciate responsible disclosure and will investigate all reported vulnerabilities.
Response Process
After receiving your vulnerability report, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 hours.
- Review and validate the reported vulnerability.
- Work to develop and deploy appropriate security updates where necessary.
- Provide updates regarding the progress of the investigation and remediation.
Security Update Policy
SenseRobot is committed to providing security updates for its connected products to address identified vulnerabilities and improve product security.
Security updates may include:
- Security patches
- Vulnerability fixes
- Security improvements
- Other necessary updates to maintain product security
Minimum Security Update Period
Product: SenseRobot Series
Models: SenseRobot Chess, SenseRobot GO, SenseRobot Chess Mini, SenseRobot Chess Lite
Security updates for these products will be provided until 31 December 2028.
During this period, SenseRobot will provide security updates where necessary to address identified security vulnerabilities and maintain the security of the products.

Product End-of-Life (EOL)
From time to time, SenseRobot may discontinue certain products. When a product reaches the end of its security support period, it will be considered End-of-Life (EOL) and will no longer receive security updates.
We recommend that users keep their devices updated with the latest available firmware to ensure the highest level of security.
