Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for dispatch. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak shopping periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We offer free shipping to the following regions until February 28, 2025:

Please note that this free shipping offer is valid until February 28, 2025. Shipping rates and delivery times are subject to change after this date. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing times or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Carriers

We utilize reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and local postal services to ensure reliable delivery. The choice of carrier depends on the destination, shipping method selected, and package size/weight. Our goal is to provide the most efficient and cost-effective shipping options for our customers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military addresses. Additionally, certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws and regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund for your order.

Shipping Issues

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as delays, damage, or non-receipt, please contact our customer service team at support@senserobot.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, which may include contacting the shipping carrier, initiating an investigation, or providing a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for the claims process.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@senserobot.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as requested. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control may affect shipping schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
